This small round dragonfly spoonrest dish is made from a white highfire stoneware clay.  It measures 4" wide and is the perfect size for resting a single spoon on the stovetop yet small enough to put by the coffee maker for a smaller spoon or tea bag. The glazes are non-toxic,  leadfree, and foodsafe.  This dish is also microwave and dishwasher safe.

Very pretty and arrived quickly!

I love it. I lost my father in 2019 to complications from Parkinson's. A friend of mine gifted me a dragonfly along with the story of the transformation of a water bug to a dragonfly. I became obsessed with dragonfly and have designated the guest room as my dragonfly room. I have subtly placed dragonflies all over my house. This was perfect for my kitchen.

What a delightful, colorful piece. Having been a long-time fan of dragonflies (they're magical, aren't they?), everything about this spoon rest exceeded my expectations--detail, vivid color, workmanship. And a miniaturized version of the dragonfly in the form of a fridge magnet was included as a surprise! I will definitely revisit The Muddy Muse on Etsy.
